Sour cream pound cake

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 c. APF
- 1 and 1/2 c. sugar (~300g)
- 1/2 c. butter (~115g)
- 1/2 c. sour cream (~115g)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch baking soda

Method:
1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Add sour cream and eggs.
3. Add flour and baking soda. Mix well.
4. Pour into 8x4" loaf pan.
5. Bake at 190 degrees c. for 1 hour.
