Melting moments

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 c. (210g) APF
- 1/2 c. (60g) cornflour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. (30g) icing sugar
- 1c. (227g) unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Method:
1. Mix APF, cornflour and salt.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
3. Add flour mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 1h.
5. Roll out to 1" balls and place on lined baking tray.
6. Bake at 175 degrees c. for 12-14 min.
7. Top generously with icing sugar.
